A curriculum only matters when it is taught — and teaching is a system: objectives, content, methods, media, teacher, learner and evaluation working together. If any part fails, learning fails: brilliant content with no feedback, or rich media with unclear objectives, both waste effort. Worked example: a teacher who states the objective, shows a short video, gets pupils to practise, and checks understanding with two questions before moving on is running a complete instructional system, not just delivering a lecture.
